SHIPPING
When will my order ship?
I'll be shipping orders on Mondays and Thursdays! There will be about 2-3 days processing prior to shipping, as I do work a day job and manage my shop around that. I promise it will be wrapped full of love!
If it has been longer than a week with no update, please don't hesitate to contact me ASAP so I can get it sorted for you!
How long does shipping take?
I am shipping everything from my home in Western Australia via Australia Post/AusPost. Please keep in mind that there is still delays to shipping due to COVID-19, and it is out of my control.
For standard Australian domestic orders, shipping should take approx 3-4 business days, 1-2 days with Express domestic.
For standard international orders, shipping should take approx 4-6 weeks, 2-3 weeks for Express international.
Sticker Mail is standard letter mail, untracked and can take upwards of a month, and is only available for Australia, USA, EU and UK customers - please understand by selecting that option, you agree that it is unregistered and out of my control once it leaves me.
If it has been longer than 30 days since shipping via standard/express post, please contact me with your name and order info and I will do the best I can to help!
Where do you ship?
At this time, I cannot ship packages to the UK and Europe due to the complex VAT process - if Squarespace eventually has a way to calculate and pay VAT via their platform, then I'll definitely do so! Till then, I am only able to send untracked Sticker Mail (more info below~).
I ship packages to Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam. If your country isn't listed here, and you want a package, please contact me! I can work it out for you 💕

How much is shipping?
I use AusPost's shipping prices + a small amount for packing materials. I make NO PROFIT from shipping, but I do include 0.50c to $1 just to compensate for materials so you have a special opening experience 💗
Domestic shipping starts at $10AUD and is calculated via weight. International shipping starts at $16AUD and is calculated via weight.
Sticker mail is less than $5AUD and is only for Australia, the USA, UK and EU.
I need to change/edit my address!
No need to stress friend! If it's within 24-48 hours, just contact me and it should be an easy fix 🌷
International Customs Fees/Duties/Taxes
With international shipping, once the package leaves my hands I can't do much about it - if the package incurs fees/duties/taxes, it is your responsibility to pay those to receive it. For the most part though, it should be fine!
What is Sticker Mail? (Australia, usa, UK AND EU ONLY)
Sticker Mail is standard, untracked letter mail for shipping just stickers! You will still get a cute lil thank you note and they will be wrapped special ✨ Print and sticker mail is exactly the same, but with prints!
This is available to be sent only to Australia, the USA, the UK and EU! Please only choose this option if you are only purchasing stickers/prints - I can't fit charms, washi etc into letter mail~
As it is standard untracked letter mail, there is no defined amount of time that it can take to arrive. So please understand, if sticker mail goes missing there is very little I can do and you are accepting that risk when selecting it.
For the USA, sticker mail is sent in bulk to my partner who is based in the states! He then mails everything out individually - this is why sticker mail is $4AUD opposed to the price of a domestic US stamp + packaging. Since I still have to mail things over to him, it helps cover the difference plus it ensures that you are far more likely to successfully get your mail (vs risking international letter mail where things are more likely to just go missing).
Can I cancel/return/exchange my order?
When placing an order, please be mindful about what products you want! I do not accept returns/exchanges. The only circumstance in which I can cancel and refund an order is if the same order is accidentally placed twice. I am also not responsible for any damaged packages, I pack every order with love and care to ensure it arrives safely to you. Should you have any issues with your order upon arrival, reach out to me with your name and number on the order and we can resolve it together! 💗
Something is wrong with my order!
I always try my absolute best to ensure your order is correct, but in the circumstance I make a mistake please don't hesitate to reach out to me and I can replace any missing/incorrect items!
Screen/monitor color difference
I try to make sure my photos represent the products as authentically as I can, but there will be colour differences in real life vs viewing on different devices and monitors. If it is a handmade good, or hand cut sticker, there will be slight differences but I will always ensure they are as close as possible as they are represented online
